1) You can make payments via bank transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) to any of our Yapı Kredi, Garanti Bank, İş Bank, and AKBank accounts (TL).

2) You can make payments using your credit card through our website using iyzico, a 256-bit security system. For online payments, your credit card will be charged at the end of your order. In the event of order cancellations or stock issues, your credit card will be refunded within three business days.

3) Order Refund If your order is canceled for any reason, Sybell Wear will refund the product price to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must provide your bank account and/or credit card information accurately and completely to our company’s financial authorities.

4) Delivery We strive to ship the products you order on the same day. For products that take longer to process, the delivery time is three business days, as stated in the product details. You will be notified in the event of a possible delivery delay. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide your current address as the delivery address.
Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you specified at the end of your order. Products from our company, based in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ, will be shipped via one of the Yurtiçi and Aras cargo companies. Once your order is confirmed, it will be delivered to the cargo company within three (3) business days.
You can contact our customer representative to discuss different delivery terms. Furthermore, cargo deliveries are only valid in Turkey.

5) Payment Tracking If the system cannot process the transaction due to any issue, our visitors will be notified on the payment page.
In the event of an error at the specified address, the orderer will be contacted regarding the undelivered order.
The validity of the email address provided by our visitors is confirmed by an automatic email sent after the order is submitted. We are responsible for the delivery process not only to the customer but also to the bank through which we use the credit card system.
Please note!
If you suspect any damage to the product during shipment, please open and inspect it in the presence of a representative of the company you received it from. If you suspect any damage to the product, a report will be filed with the shipping company and you will not accept the product.
Once the product is received, the shipping company is deemed to have fulfilled its duty.
